He served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Wm. Terrell Hodges, United States District Judge, Middle District of Florida (1974-76) and is a member of the Florida Bar, American Bar Association, and the Jacksonville Bar Association.
He is admitted to the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, and United States Tax Court.
