Born Jacksonville, Florida, 1942. He is a graduate of the University of Florida, B. A. 1964 (with high honors), and the University of Florida College of Law, J.D. 1967.
He is a member of the Florida Bar and the Jacksonville Bar Association, and has served on the St. Johns County Charter Commission.
He has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate transactions, including land use and zoning, large scale commercial and residential developments, and has experience with a number of developments of regional impact. Particular familiarity with the development and operation of condominiums, residential and commercial. He also has extensive experience in Florida golf course and country club developments and single family residential subdivision developments, representing lenders, developers and clubs. In addition, he has represented investors in regard to the negotiation of complex partnership arrangements, shareholder agreements, limited liability company regulations and others. Regularly advises clients in the structuring of business entities, construction contracts, acquisition, financing and disposition of real estate and other business assets.
